Seller Advantage Program Details:

  • Our partner agents will list and sell your house for only 3%.  This includes full listing services from only the areas top real estate professionals.

  • If a buyer is unrepresented and the listing agent handles the ministerial acts for the buyer to help facilitate the transaction there will be an addition 2% charged.

  • Sellers are not required to offer any compensation to buyer's agents, however, there may be scenarios where buyers need closing help in order to qualify.  If this happens our partner agent will negotiate on your behalf to get you the highest and best offer.  In addition, our partner agents will provide additional information and explanations as to how the buyer side of the transaction works during your "seller consultation".

  • Homes under $150,000 will have a minimum listing fee of $4,500.

 


Buyer Advantage Program Details:

  • The Buyer Advantage Program is provided through an affiliate bundle.  The Buyer Advantage Program discounts are only available when a buyer uses in combination all three; partner agent, partner lender and partner title company.

  • Cash back is calculated as 20% of the representing buyers broker’s commission to use towards closing costs.  Example: $500,000 home price, buyer broker receives 2.5% commission for a total commission of $12,500. Buyer receives 20% of the total commission for a total cash back rebate of $2,500 (0.5%).

  • Down Payment Assistance is available through multiple programs, from lender credits to grants.  Our lender partners will work with the buyer to determine which program is best for their situation. Not all buyers will qualify for down payment assistance.
