Rebate program qualifications:
- Must be in the Greater Baltimore Metropolitan area. ie. Anne Arundel Co., Baltimore Co., Baltimore City, etc..
- Exclusive buyer agency agreement
- Rebate must be in the form of a broker closing credit and appear on the HUD1.
- Rebate must be approved by Mortgage lender (under writer).
- Any portion of the rebate that is not allowed by the lender will be retained by the broker as commission.
