1% Buyer Rebate and Tax Credit


 

1% Rebate Program Qualifications:

  1. Must be in the Greater Baltimore Metropolitan area. ie. Anne Arundel Co., Baltimore Co., Baltimore City, etc..
  2. Buyer broker commission must equal 3.5% or higher of the gross sales price. If the buyer broker commission is less than 3.5% the buyer will receive a rebate equal to the amount that exceeds 2.5%. (ie.. if the commission is 3% the buyer would receive .5% rebate)
  3.  Rebate must be in the form of a broker closing credit and appear on the HUD1.
  4. Rebate must be approved by Mortgage lender (under writer).
  5. Any portion of the rebate that is not allowed by the lender will be retained by the broker as commission.
